You banned all coffee but still miss it? Very understandable. Coffee is so connected to everything we do in company of friends, family, business partners.

If you still need your coffee to wake up and get your day started, or if you’re looking for early-morning comfort
to combat our chilly fall mornings, look no further.

We have a wonderful and delicious alternative that’s packed with nutrients. This recipe will give you an energy boost and a warming feeling – exactly what you need to warm yourself up this season.

Ingredients for about 4 cups:

3 cups warm water or Pau d’Arco tea/ Chage tea

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp almond butter or 2 tbsp hemp seeds

2 to 3 dates (to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1⁄2 to 1 tsp reishi powder

1 tsp He Shu Wu

1 tsp Cacao powder

1 tsp Maca powder

Dash of sea salt

Warm up the water to about 140 to 158 degrees if you don’t use tea as a basis. First, blend all the wet ingredients to emulsify the oils with the water/tea. Now you have a lovely, foamy milk. Add the dry ingredients and blend into a light, fluffy, foamy “cappuccino.” Sprinkle some cacao powder on top. Serve with a cinnamon stick to stir.

If you don’t have certain dry ingredients, reishi and cacao are the basis.

This rawpuccino is very powerful and brings
on many healing properties.

If you drink it all, you can consider that as a “meal.”

Always delicious as an alternative for coffee with a raw cookie.

Pour the rest of this rawpuccino in a thermos to keep warm.

A little warning: this drink turns sour very quickly, so serve or drink within the next few hours.

Leftovers need to be stored in the refrigerator.
