Raw honey that is unheated, unprocessed and unfiltered is very effective and has many health benefits. Here are a few:
- Beat bloat with honey. This sticky sweet contains lactobacillus and bifidobacterium, probiotics that enhance digestion and reduces GI bacteria.
- Raw honey helps to get rid of bacteria that causes diarrhea.
- Post nasal drip and runny Nose: Take up to a tablespoon of raw honey before breakfast. Then, drink a glass of water. Throughout the day try to drink at least 8 glasses of water.
