Raw honey that is unheated, unprocessed and unfiltered is very effective and has many health benefits. Here are a few:

  1. Beat bloat with honey. This sticky sweet contains lactobacillus and bifidobacterium, probiotics that enhance digestion and reduces GI bacteria.
  2. Raw honey helps to get rid of bacteria that causes diarrhea.
  3. Post nasal drip and runny Nose: Take up to a tablespoon of raw honey before breakfast. Then, drink a glass of water. Throughout the day try to drink at least 8 glasses of water. Instant results may not be noticeable, however that doesn’t mean it is not working; be diligent and give this natural remedy a chance to work.
