Healthy Recipe: Instant Berry Sorbet

Summer. The sun is burning and you’re longing for a cooling snack. This is the perfect moment to open your freezer, take out some frozen berries and whip up your delicious healthy instant sorbet. Simple, stunning, sweet…


  • Blender
  • Fridge
  • Ice scoop



  • 1 C of frozen mixed berries or berries of your choice
  • 1 raw date or 1 TBSP of agave per cup of berries
  • 1/8 C spring water per cup (start with less)


  • 1 TBSP agave
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • Dash of Cayenne (optional)


  • Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside
  • Throw the frozen berry mix, sweetener and water in the blender
  • Blend into a firm sorbet (not so long that your ice cream melts)
  • Serve immediately with a dash of chocolate sauce and a basil leaf on top
