Dawn’s Morning Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 organic banana
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mango cubes (strawberries or blueberries)
  • Handful of organic baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup hemp milk1 scoop egg white protein powder (you can also use hemp protein)
  • 2 tbs Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbs liquid chlorophyll
  • 2 tsp cacao Chocolate Bliss
  • 1 dropper full of Imuno Plus

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Blend banana, water and spinach together.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy.If you want an ice cold smoothie, add a few ice cubes.

This smoothie satisfies me until lunch time. Enjoy
