Keller graduated from Prater Way Beauty College in Reno, and like many new beauty school graduates, went into the salon business. She will begin to apply a foundation, eyeshadow, blush, etc. that matches their skin tone. If they are unhappy with any colors, Keller works to custom blend the color to suit her client’s preference.
Keller teaches her client how to apply the make-up as well. She welcomes questions and provides a relaxed atmosphere. At the end of the session, she records the client’s information and will keep it on file for future purchases. The consultation/application session is free and the client is under no obligation to make a purchase.
“My clients will look really, really good with quality, natural products without emptying their pocketbooks,” Keller said. Keller’s goal is to be the best place in the Reno/Sparks area for high-quality mineral make-up, perfume and cologne oils. Precision Blending is located in the West end of the Shoppers Square Mall at Plumb and Virginia. It is open Monday through Saturday, from 10 am to 7 pm, and on Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm.
