I began my healthy adventures in 1972 traveling all over the world by bike. Today I am 69 years old and still going strong. It is never to late to live a healthy active life and be your own healthy adventurer. While overlooking the ocean from a picnic table I enjoyed a fabulous lunch. The Healthy Adventurer is back! My previous nine articles appeared in 2007/2008 in Healthy Beginnings. I realize it may sound presumptuous to refer to oneself by a name like The Healthy Adventurer. Biking across Australia South to North Part 8 – Last leg This Monday being a holiday, all bike shops were closed. It was still early. So I spent the day with laundry, at the pool, shopping, sightseeing and writing. I enjoyed the international atmosphere.
