Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 lb. raw shrimp
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 3 ribs celery
- 2 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1-2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. Accent
How to Prepare:
- Chop the onion, bell pepper and celery ribs into desired size.
- Combine all ingredients in the rice cooker and cook on regular cycle.
Non-Rice Cooker Preparation:
- Chop the onion, bell pepper and celery ribs into the desired size.
- Cook onion, bell pepper and celery in ½ stick of butter until softened
- Add rice, broth, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and accent.
- Cook according to directions on rice package.
- Cook shrimp on the side in remaining butter and add to finished rice mixture.
