Kate’s Lemon Butter Icing

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 C butter, softened

3 C icing sugar, sifted

2 T grated lemon rind, organic

2 T lemon juice

½ t lemon extract

1 T cream

 

TO PREPARE:

1. Blend all ingredients in order.

2. Mix with electric mixer on medium speed.

3. Spread on cooled lemon pound cake.
