Jake’s Toll House Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 2 cups honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tarter
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups (24 ounces) chocolate chips

How to Prepare:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
Bake Time 10-13 minutes
Makes approximately 4 1/2 dozen 2-inch cookies.

Cream together: 1 1/5 cups butter & 2 cups honey
Add to cream mixture : 1 teaspoon vanilla & 2 eggs

Blend dry ingredients into cream mixture:
2 teaspoons baking soda, 1/5 teaspoon sea salt, 2 teaspoons cream of tarter
4 cups all purpose flour, 2 cups (24 ounces) chocolate chips

When using an electric mixer, set at medium speed. The dough will be slightly sticky. Roll about a tablespoon into a ball and place, space far enough apart to allow for fanning, on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake Time 10-13 minutes.
