BURGUNDY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

2 C. apricot nectar

2 ripe bananas, broken in quarters

1 C. frozen blackberries

1?2 C. apple-butter * 1?2 C. cream

1?2 t. almond extract

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Put all ingredients into blender.

2. Blend, or whip, about a minute.

* Apple sauce can be used, but you would need to add cinnamon and allspice to taste.
