INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large apple cored
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 large beet
- 4-6 carrots
HOW TO PREPARE:
Run all ingredients through a juicer. If you want it cooler then blend with ice in blender. The health benefits of beets are wide ranging! They provide cancer and heart disease protection, cleanse your blood and colon, and strengthen your liver and gall bladder. Raw beets taste very different from cooked beets.
