Avocado & Humus Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 small clove of garlic, minced

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Place the spicy dip in a bowl.
  2. Add the mashed avocado, lemon juice and the garlic.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Serve with pita crackers, pita chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks and cucumber sticks.
