Ari’s Loft: Recycle—Doing Something

300-ariby Ariana Purcell, 11 years old |

“I am only one; but I am still one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something; I will not refuse to do the something I can do!” —Helen Keller

I love that saying, even if you recycle and your friends don’t, you are still doing something, and the planet loves you for what you do! That’s why I am on a mission to talk to my friends to come together and recycle, save water, and save energy. If one person can make a difference, then imagine how 1,000 people can make a difference. So talk to your friends and if you don’t recycle then start!

Tips For Recycling
Most of you that read my articles go to school. Here are some tips to recycle even when you are at school

If you take a water bottle to school, when you are done instead of throwing it into the garbage throw it into the recycling!

If you do a lot of projects that involve a lot of paper, but you don’t use a all the paper give it to your friend or friends!

Use two sides of the paper when writing!

Stay Green!
